At ZILYA, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a flexible exchange policy designed to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items are eligible for exchange in case of size issues.

  • You may exchange your item for a different size or style from our collection.

  • To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

    • Unworn

    • Untouched

    • In its original condition

    • With all original nametags and packaging intact.

Important: Exchange requests must be made immediately upon receiving your order. If the item is not reported for exchange on the day of delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with the exchange.

Refund Policy:

At ZILYA, our refund policy varies by country of purchase:

🇱🇧 Lebanon:
Refunds are not available at this time. We focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through product exchanges and dedicated support.

🇶🇦 Qatar:
Refunds are accepted as long as the item is intact, with its original tags and receipt.

  • For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash.

  • For online payments, the refund will be processed through the bank within 7 working days.
